I absolutely loved the location of the hotel you had everything you needed just outside it, restaurants, takeaways and everything was in walking distance from landmarks to museums. The room wasn't massive but it was perfect for a couple they had a kettle with teas and coffees sticks to stir your coffee and sugar provided, the bathroom has soap in the bath which is brilliant if you didn't bring your own, the view wasn't bad either you could see all the benches and restaurants where it was bustling with people enjoying themselves, restaurants right outside the front door of the hotel which was amazing, the staff were friendly too and another bonus of our stay was if we wanted late check out it was only 10 pounds until 2pm which was awesome!

The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. I was a little early and the member of staff said to me that I could leave my luggage and check in later or I could pay an extra £10 for an early check in as they had a room available. The heavens opened up as I got off the bus from Dublin, so I opted for the early check-in so I could dry off before my afternoon tea. The room was good, perfect for what I needed. The bathroom had a shower/bath which you could soak in after a day of walking around Belfast.

The room was very comfortable, secure and good, and likewise was my stay. Very good. Cleanliness, tidiness and with so many good standard amenities within the room. Definitely a good sound standard professional set-up. This was also reflected in the accommodating, attentive, disarmingly obliging and friendly front desk staff. The location was conveniently central. Hotel certainly had a good easy-going and secure ambience.

The room was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfy (something I usually struggle with). A nice little coffee/desk area. Hair dryer obtained at reception. Staff were super friendly and helpful in general but also with transport and places to eat information. The area is great for bus links and there's also a small tesco express round the corner which we found useful.

Does what it says on the tin. Its basic, but very clean, comfy bed, and size of the room is bigger than average. Its also quieter at night than I was expecting for being so central. Out of all the budget places to stay I think its great, dont be expecting the Hilton for the price you're paying. Would definitely stay again.
